To new starts, ja?

Several weeks ago, in a fit of childish pique, I deleted every published post on this blog.
So, let's start off this spring term afresh, eh? New introductions and whatnot?

The name's Katherine, sometimes Katie, rarely Kate. I'm from Long Island, born and raised in the shadows of Hofstra and the Colisseum. Middle of suburbia, playing soccer on green lawns and the ice cream man jingle. Iced over backyards and parades and fireworks displays.

Now, I spend most of my time in New Hampshire, at Exeter. Being a student. Which, can occasionally mess up everything I used to do in suburbia. Only sometimes, though.

People call me worldchild. With good reason. I'm blaspanorwenese. Four things, two of which can imply alot of other things. It's been said I can represent the UN. See, at this point, I don't even affiliate with one race. I sort of float between everything when it's convenient. And it's fun too.

People also call me a writer, but that's another story. For another day.

Also, I love to fish. And bake. Write, read, play sitar, learn things. Etc, etc, etc.


Speaking of learning things, I've chosen to take up Norwegian.
